      The realization of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation is the greatest dream of Chinese nation. We are in a new era, the theme of which is national greatness and happiness of people. Culture has special functions of cultivation and guidance in the process of realizing national greatness and happiness of people. Under the overall background of promoting cultural prosperity and development and realizing great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, cultural workers undertake the heavy historical task of promoting the construction of socialist cultural power.
      Qin Zhigang is a leading cadre on the line of cultural promotion, who is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating various large literary and artistic activities.
